Igor Acorinte
Igor, our founder, comes from Brazil and arrived in the US in 2018 to pursue soccer and his degree.
During his time as a soccer player here, he set numerous school records and received awards both on and off the field. Igor has also coached many young soccer prospects during his stay in the US. Nowadays, Igor is based in Cincinnati where he works for FC Cincinnati and works towards his master's degree in Strategic Leadership.
Gustavo Heidrich
Gustavo Heidrich is an assistant coach at Lawrence Tech University, where he has been for two years. He was recognized as the Libero of the Year for his conference in 2023. Gustavo is pursuing a Master's degree in Business Data Analytics. In addition, he has run private lessons and camps in the area. Gustavo has played in various clubs in Brazil, had the privilege of playing one professional season before moving to the US, and continues to contribute to the volleyball community through his work with The Athletic School and Lawrence Tech University.
