"Transforming Athletes, Shifting Perspectives"

Our mission is to challenge athletes to become a better version of themselves and see the world from a different view.

Igor Acorinte - Founder & Mentor

Igor is originally from Brazil and came to the U.S. in 2018 to pursue both soccer and education. He played at a high level in Brazil and went on to compete for three different U.S. colleges, setting school records and earning awards for his performance on and off the field. He also played for Toledo Villa, and competed in both the UPSL and USL2.

Off the field, Igor has coached athletes across all levels — from 9-year-olds learning the game to MLS players refining their edge. His approach blends physical preparation with a deep focus on mindset, identity, and long-term performance.

He holds a Bachelor’s in Sports Management and a Master’s in Strategic Leadership, and currently works for FC Cincinnati, where he stays active in the game while mentoring the next generation of athletes.

This 1:1 mentorship program was born out of his journey — built for athletes who are in season, off season, preparing for their next step, or in transition. It’s a space to think clearly, perform fully, and grow through the challenges that come with high-level sports and life.
